Best Friends Veterinary Group recognises its top performers

Over 100 people attended the Best Friends Veterinary Group’s fourth annual awards event at Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre, celebrating the dedication and excellence of staff across its 34 small animal practices...

Ten awards were handed out on the night, with four shortlisted nominees in each, all of whom had been nominated by their peers.

The award categories included the likes of Dedicated Care, Vet, Nurse, Receptionist and Practices of the Year, as well as  Unsung Hero, ensuring that all staff both in practice and the groups support staff had their chance at the limelight.

Following the awards ceremony itself, staff were treated to a three-course meal, prior to dancing the night away.

Next year's event, will see the independent veterinary group celebrating it’s 25th birthday, and with more new practices in the pipeline, it sounds like competition for those awards will be fiercer than ever.
