How to double your sales of aquariums

A pets and aquatics retailer has revealed how it has more than doubled its sales of aquariums since the start of the year.
Webbs of Wychbold has put together special room settings in its aquatics department to give its customers the chance to see aquariums in a real-life enviroment. There are settings for a dining room, living room, bedroom and office, all containing different models.
Jason Osborne of Webbs of Wychbold Garden Centre said customers loved to see aquariums in situ.
"A lot of our visitors see aquariums as being part of the furniture of a room so we thought it would be a good idea to build our rooms and put chairs and tables in them...and an aquarium, of course.
"Some of our customers sit on the furniture and have their sandwiches while looking at the aquariums. But we don't mind because it helps to make it more life like."
