Ewa Jaworska, of GA Pet Food Partners, has been awarded Best Representative of the Year by the Pet Product Retail Association. Here she reveals why she stands out from the crowd...
How long have you worked for GA Pet Food Partners?
I have worked with GA since 2007, we have grown so much since I first started. I am the longest standing account manager at GA and now there is a team of five girls looking after each area of the country.
What's the secret of your success?
The main vision for our account managers is to constantly please our customers and that is what I aim to do. I work from 8am til 6pm and for 10 hours I am always speaking to all 200 of my customers – but not at the same time!
Why do you think you won this award?
I am very honoured to be awarded this out of all the reps in the country especially as I am phone based. Apparently the voters thought l am always exceptionally helpful – but that is something we all aim to achieve at GA.
If I was a potential new customer, how would you sell the services and products of GA Pet Food to me?
Our own label product sells itself, so it is very easy. However, it is very much down to customer service and the quality of our product which sets us apart from other own label providers.
What's you ambition for the future?
To continue working for GA, they are an exceptional company to work for and I wouldn’t want to abandon my customers...I would miss them too much!
