Dog owners who let their pets off their leads in a village near Lincoln could now face a big fine.

A long standing law has been updated meaning it can once again start being enforced.

It is in response to complaints about dog waste not being picked up and anyone who repeatedly flouts the rules could be fined up to £1,000.
