Iconic pet store Seapets set to be demolished

Plans to demolish a popular Essex pet store which closed down suddenly and replace it with a new store have been approved.

Seapets in Tollgate Road, Stanway, near Colchester, shut down in September last year with bosses leaving a note left in the window says all animals had been rehomed.

But now the Tollgate Partnership - the business behind the plans for a new retail and leisure park which have recently been approved by the Secretary of State – have been given the green light to demolish the building and replace it with a new modern building which would be used as a shop.

Local newspaper The Gazette reports there has been no indication of who the tenant could be at this stage but it is hoped the new store would create between 15 and 35 new jobs.

As well as replacing the shop completely, bosses also want to make improvements to the car park.

Industry-first for Poppy's Picnic with complete meatballs
New format raw food ideal for the smaller dogs

Hand-crafted by the raw dog food pioneers at Poppy’s Picnic, the company's new Complete Meatballs are a breakthrough product for the sector, specifically suited to smaller dogs...

Hand-crafted by the raw dog food pioneers at Poppy’s Picnic, the company's new Complete Meatballs are a breakthrough product for the sector, specifically suited to smaller dogs.

Poppy’s Picnic raw dog food is handmade by 4th generation butchers in the heart of Wiltshire. The new meatballs weigh 30 grams each and come in compartmentalised trays of 12, created for maximum convenience and to ensure less mess when feeding. The meatballs make raw feeding easier for the consumer and open the raw option to a whole new type of customer.

Dylan Watkins, founder of Poppy’s Picnic, explains: “Small dog owners who feed raw, or who would like to, always faced the issue of wasted food. Our new meatballs make the process of feeding really easy, reducing mess and eliminating waste by allowing just the right amount to be taken from the freezer.

"When the meatballs defrost they maintain their shape and are a convenient, alternative way to feed your best friend a healthy raw food diet. Transferring from pack to plate is also a much easier, cleaner experience, compared to conventional trays, tubs and chubs, and gives complete control over portion amount.

“We know that raw feeding can be a goal for many people who are ultimately put off making the switch because of the meat itself.  For those customers who don’t enjoy handling raw food, including vegetarians and vegans, it’s a lot easier with our meatballs to feed your dog the correct amount as they are packaged in specially designed meatball trays and can be served individually with minimal interaction.”

Cut out the carbs

He continues: “We are passionate about feeding dogs the right way – the way they are designed to eat – in a world where it has become the norm to feed them the equivalent of junk food: highly processed meals packed with carb-rich fillers, made with poor quality meat derivatives and other questionable ingredients. We believe feeding fresh, raw ingredients, frozen quickly to pack in the natural nutrients and vitamins, is the best way you can feed your dog, reflecting what they would eat in the wild.”

The usual diet of dogs is now widely believed to be out of balance with their needs, causing a growing dog diabetes crisis and mirroring the human health epidemic of diet related diabetes. Dog diabetes is seeing a dramatic rise in cases in the UK – with a reported 900 percent increase since 2011.

The good news is that raw feeding is on the rise – while owners educate themselves into better and healthier ways of eating, this knowledge is naturally cascading down to how they feed their pets.

“At Poppy’s Picnic we believe in making quality food products that match the natural protein-rich diets of dogs in the wild, as opposed to the processed, high carb content of dog food that is widely sold commercially.

"We believe that the convenience of these meatballs will make raw dog food even more appealing to conscientious dog owners, who want their small dogs to enjoy their diet and life to the full. This is a market first because it means you can take a single meatball out from the pack without needing to defrost all the content or chip off a section of it whilst frozen.”

Raw dog food, the easy way

The meatballs are the latest product in the Poppy’s Picnic raw dog food range, which includes options for Chicken, Lamb and Beef meals for dogs of all ages.

The team behind Poppy Picnic’s Raw Food Revolution ensure the meals have 100% natural ingredients, so they are the healthier, tastier way to feed your four-legged friend.

The Poppy’s Picnic COMPLETE Meatballs launched in Hong Kong earlier this year is now available in the UK.

Trade enquiries are welcome and samples can be supplied on request.

DogBuddy launches Dog-friendly Pub Awards for 2nd year

A survey by online dog sitting platform DogBuddy, who this week launched its second annual search for the UK’s most dog-friendly pub, has revealed that a quarter of UK dog owners will spend more than £100 a month on their pampered pooches...

  • A quarter of Brits say Paul O’Grady is their favourite dog owning celeb followed by Tom Hardy and then The Royals
  • 97% of UK dog owners say their partner MUST get on with their dog
  • 4 out of 5 would prefer an evening with their dog than without!
  • A quarter of Brits spend more than £100 a month on their pampered pooch
  • DogBuddy.com launches Dog-friendly Pub Awards – second year in a row!
A recent poll of over 3,000 UK dog owners, conducted by Europe’s leading online dog sitting platform DogBuddy.com, revealed that us Brits are truly canine crazy.

Two thirds (66%) of dog owners prefer to photograph their pooch than friends, family and kids, 1-in-10 (11%) have a social media account for their furry friend, with Instagram being the preferred channel (69%), and a quarter (25%) will spend more than £100 a month on their pampered pooches. The research conducted by DogBuddy also revealed that, animal loving Paul O’Grady got the top woof as the most favoured dog-loving celebrity for the second year running (25%).

Top 5 Dog-Loving Celebs
  1. Paul O’Grady (25%)
  2. Tom Hardy (13%)
  3. The Royals (11%)
  4. Britain’s Got Talent Judges – Simon, David and Amanda (7%)
  5. Martin Clunes (6%)
Paul O’Grady said of the vote, "I am really flattered to be voted Top Dog Owning Celebrity especially when up against such tough competition. I would like to thank all the people who voted for me – thank you!"

DogBuddy, who this week launched their 2nd annual search for the UK’s most dog-friendly pub also found that nearly all (97%) of dog owners think that their partner must get on with their dog and more than 4-out-of-5 owners (82%) would rather spend an evening with their dog, than without! And whether they’re invited or not, two thirds (66%) of dog owners choose to bring their dog along on a night out with friends.

From the research, it also seems dog owners are helping to keep the UK pub trade alive - with 95% of dog owners stating they visit a pub, and more than quarter of them (26%) saying they pay a visit to a pub more than once a week. So, being a dog-friendly pub has never been more important.

Nearly two thirds (64%) of dog owners will search online for a dog-friendly pub before making a visit, and over two thirds (67%) are put off visiting a pub if it’s not dog-friendly. Nearly a quarter (24%) of dog owners have left a pub because it’s not been suitable for their dog.

From the survey results it’s clear to see that the UK cherishes its four legged friends and enjoys a visit to their local, which is why DogBuddy is announcing the launch of its 2nd annual Dog-friendly Pub Awards – to recognise and celebrate the UK pubs that go the extra mile to make dogs (and their owners) feel welcome.

Richard Setterwall, CEO and founder of DogBuddy comments; “It’s wonderful to see the passion that UK dog owners have for their pets, and how enjoying a drink at their local pub is still a special part of being a Brit. So, we’re delighted to be launching our 2nd annual search for Britain’s most dog-friendly pub on National Dog Day this year.

“It’s surprising to learn that over a third (34%) of dog owners have struggled to find a dog-friendly pub, and two thirds (67%) of them haven’t visited a pub because it wasn’t suitable for their dog. This all adds up to a lot of missed opportunities – for both publicans and for our four (and two) legged friends. In an ideal world, we’d love for every UK pub to be dog-friendly!”

DogBuddy is encouraging pubs across the country to embrace ‘paw power’ and welcome not just two, but four legged customers too. Not only will these awards show some well-deserved appreciation of existing dog-friendly establishments, but they also aim to promote dog-friendly values across all pubs nationwide, inspiring dog owners in the UK to discover and visit their local pubs.

Voting is open from Saturday 26th August 2017 - National Dog Day. Voting closes on Sunday 29th October 2017. Anyone can vote for their pub by visiting dogbuddypubs.com - if your local isn’t listed, nominations are open for pubs all over the UK at dogbuddypubs.com/addapub.

For every vote received in the Dog-friendly Pub Awards, DogBuddy will also donate 50p per vote* to the RSPCA who rescue, rehabilitate and rehome thousands of dogs every year.

DogBuddy was founded in 2013 and has grown exponentially to be Europe’s leading online dog sitting community, with more than 500,000 dog lovers already registered. With over 30,000 approved dog sitters using the service, DogBuddy matches dog owners with local and reliable dog sitters to provide Doggy Day Care, Home Dog Boarding, and Dog Walking across the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Sweden and Norway.

Nature and science working in harmony to support lifelong health
Introducing Eukanuba NaturePlus+ Grain Free – a low allergen recipe, made with natural ingredients for a long and healthy life...
As a desire for natural foods continues to significantly drive the pet food industry, and consumers continually wish to draw parallels with their own diets and health, recipes that help address food related sensitives are the next big consideration for owners. Eukanuba’s latest recipes in the NaturePlus+ offering directly answers the calls of consumers by providing a grain free, low allergen diet, made with natural ingredients, for dogs with skin or stomach sensitivities.

With a selection of carefully sourced, high quality natural ingredients, the 6 grain free SKUs (one all-breed formula for puppy and one all-breed formula for adult dogs) mean that owners can tailor the diet to their pet and be confident they are receiving all the nutrients they need to lead a long, happy and healthy life.

NaturePlus+ provides dogs with a healthy complete and balanced meal that is true to their nature, with tailored nutrition to suit each life stage from puppy to adult. The cornerstone of Eukanuba’s nutritional philosophy is that dogs evolved from carnivores and should be fed as nature intended. That’s why NaturePlus+ Grain Free ensures a high level of animal protein of up to 77%*, derived from delicious freshly frozen natural Atlantic Salmon alongside other high-quality animal based proteins.

Made without grains or gluten, alongside no artificial flavours, colourants, GMOs, dairy or soya, the range supports healthy digestion and healthy skin, and contains ingredients that are not commonly associated with sensitivities. Natural sources of essential fatty acids help promote a healthy skin and coat. A blend of fruit and natural vegetables contribute to the essential vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants needed to support strong defences, and natural grain free carbohydrate sources from pea and potato flour help to maintain energy levels.

Kellie Ceccarelli, Veterinary Expert at Eukanuba explains: “The humanisation trend is continually reflected in the pet food market, as an increasing number of owners want to reflect their own nutritional behaviour in their pets’ diets. At Eukanuba, we have over 45 years of expertise in the industry and know what owners want. There is a clear desire among owners for more natural food, but it’s also imperative that they are getting all the nutrients they need to live their best life, whilst also being aware of any skin or stomach sensitivity. That’s why we developed the NaturePlus+ Grain Free, low allergen range made with natural ingredients”.

Eukanuba NaturePlus+ is available to buy from independent pet stores, Jollyes and online retailers with an RRP of £12/2.3kg and £42.99/10kg**.

A nation of happy dogs celebrating National Dog Day

In celebration of National Dog Day on Saturday (26th August), Natures Menu, the UK and Europe’s number one expert in raw and natural pet foods, reveals that more than three quarters of UK dogs are happier than ever...

In celebration of National Dog Day on Saturday (26th August), Natures Menu, the UK and Europe’s number one expert in raw and natural pet foods, reveals that more than three quarters of UK dogs are happier than ever.

78% of dog owners have said they’ve identified their pooches to be happy, with this being the most recognisable emotion in dogs over sadness (54%), jealousy (29%) and guilt (40%).

71% of dog lovers also shared that their pooch expressed their happiness by running and jumping around, followed closely by affectionately licking their owners (55%).  Dogs in Newcastle appear to be happiest of all, with 89% of their owners claiming that they demonstrate behaviour associated with happiness.

Owners also highlighted excitement as a familiar emotion with 74% of pet parents being able to distinguish signs of enthusiasm in their dog, while 58% believed their dog displayed indications of love.

There also seems to be some cheeky personalities amongst UK dogs, with 5% of dogs enjoying rolling in poo and 6% chewing shoes, according to their owners!

The recent survey championed enjoying a walk as the activity that makes dogs the happiest, as 25% say this is what their furry friend enjoys most.  Playing with their favourite toy (19%) and eating (13%) came a close second, suggesting that plenty of exercise and a nutritious meal ultimately leads to our canine counterpart’s overall health and happiness.

Natures Menu veterinary nurse, Melanie Sainsbury, confirms that this is the best recipe for a well, happy dog:

‘‘The phrase ‘we are what we eat’ is just as true when it comes to our pets.  Feeding them healthy, nutritious and natural food can make a huge difference to their health and happiness.

“By looking at our pets and imagining how they evolved from the wild, we can be more empathetic to their needs.  For example, dogs need plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation - they need to be active for a large proportion of the day and should be fed on a diet of unprocessed foods.  By considering these things, we can ensure we are giving our pets everything they need to be their happiest.”

Natures Menu is also marking National Dog Day by celebrating all of its happy canine customers who have hugely benefited through a Natures Menu diet.  A video of them all enjoying their happiest moments, be it running along the beach, playing with their pals or eating their favourite meal, will be live on August 26th.

Craig Taylor, Managing Director at Natures Menu, said: “National Dog Day is the perfect opportunity to highlight how you can ensure your pet is healthy and therefore, happy!  It’s great to see so many owners recognising their furry friends’ emotions, including happiness.  The reasons for this are as simple as a healthy diet, good exercise, and of course, lots of love and affection from their pet parent!”

“All owners want what’s best for their pet, and we’ve found with many pets fed on a natural or raw diet, owners see a drastic difference to their health within days, so it’s certainly something to consider if you feel your pet doesn’t quite seem at his or her happiest. We’d also like to thank all of our customers for sending in their lovely videos.”

Independent High Street pet store to open in Winchester

An independent family-run pet shop is to open in Winchester, Hampshire, and the owners say they are not worried about competition from a Pets at Home store in the area.

Paul Connell and his wife Lynn are to open their business on the High Street, with an opening date set for mid-September.

The couple moved to Winchester from London four months ago where Lynn ran a pet store for 16 years.

The news will be welcomed by some residents worried about the number of chains moving into vacant units in the city centre.

On Winchester High Street, Zoe Jewellers and Next have closed their doors, but at the same time Turtle Bay is due to move in at the former Toni and Guy site and TK Maxx are also set to open a new shop in The Brooks Shopping Centre.

Lynn told the Andover Advertiser: "Our son went to the university here and decided to stay because it's such a nice city, and we've visited a lot over the years. Our daughter and her partner also live here.

"We are looking forward to it and hope people will be supportive. At our last shop people were very loyal and we hope to have that community feel here.

"I'm not too worried about Pets at Home as it is different to what we do."

Cats Protection pet food stock is stolen
A cat charity was left in "crisis" when its entire stock of pet food was stolen from a garage...
A cat charity was left in "crisis" when its entire stock of pet food was stolen from a garage.

About £2,500 of food was taken from Peterborough Cats Protection on Friday.

The food was meant to feed all the charity's cats and kittens until Christmas and beyond, Pam McNicol said.

However, the public has rallied round and a fundraising page has pledges of more than £4,000. Mrs McNicol described the theft as "callous" but the response as "overwhelming".

Donations have also gone to the charity's collection points in shops and its branch at Downham Market, all of which have now been delivered to the Peterborough branch.

The charity is currently caring for 34 homeless cats and kittens, most of whom are with foster carers.

One of the carers discovered the theft on Saturday after going to collect food.

Cat litter was left behind but all the food was taken

The entire stock had been taken from the garage in Mountsteven Avenue.

"It beggars belief that someone would stoop so low to steal from a charity," Mrs McNicol, Peterborough's branch co-ordinator said.

However, after the charity posted news of the theft online, hundreds have pledged money to help out.

"We're overwhelmed," Mrs McNicol said.

"It really restores your faith in human nature."

Cambridgeshire Police confirmed they are investigating the theft which took place between 18:00 BST on Friday and 11:00 the following morning.

Warnings over fake PDSA worker scam to "steal dogs"

Pet owners are being warned that a woman claiming to be a PDSA worker has been knocking on doors in what is believed to be a scam by dog thieves.

Paula Fullam, who lives on Bebington Road, in Great Sutton, took to Facebook to warn people to be vigilant after her daughter Laura opened the door to a woman claiming to be from the PDSA.

She wrote: “BE VIGILANT... In Great Sutton Area. Two people with PDSA identification necklaces around their necks and clipboards knocking on doors asking if we had dogs, how many, what breeds and if they are microchipped. Might be legit or could be a scam to steal dogs. I live in Bebington Road area, Be CAREFUL!!!! Lock doors and back gates.”

Paula’s daughter Laura Fullam told the Liverpool Echo it was one woman who knocked on the door.

She described her as in her early thirties with shoulder length blonde hair and wearing a lanyard with a laminated card around her neck and clutching a clipboard.

A PDSA spokesperson said: “We’re extremely concerned to hear that there are people using the charity’s name in order to gain personal information from trusting residents.

“PDSA does not visit homes to carry out any surveys or fundraising and we urge anyone who is approached in this manner not to give any personal information and to call the police.”

Work stopped on Pets at Home development near Penzance
Construction work on a retail site development just outside of Penzance, which would include a new Pets at Home store, has dramatically stopped after its main contractor has ceased trading with immediate effect.

Construction work on a retail site development just outside of Penzance has dramatically stopped after its main contractor has ceased trading with immediate effect.

Consolidated Property Group (CPG) announced last October that it was developing the site opposite Morrisons supermarket to bring a 15,800 sq ft retail sire to the area – including chain names like Pets At Home and Poundland.

Following Weiser’s Construction’s liquidation announcement it is understood that all staff have been made redundant and that work has, for the time, ceased.

The company has “sincerely apologised for the situation” and, with “extreme regret”, has posted a statement on its website.

It states that Weiser Construction was given advice from DC Business Recovery to cease trading with immediate effect.

“Weiser Construction have had an independent audit undertaken which has highlighted account discrepancies,” said the statement.

“A winding up partition has been issued against Weiser Construction and advertised having the effect of immediately being picked up by credit agencies and disabling Weiser Construction the ability to attain credit or trade.

“HSBC (Business Account provider for Weiser Construction) have frozen the bank account removing any ability to trade.”

Based on these factors it has been advised for the firm to apply for Voluntary Administration, this progress begun on Monday July 31 2017.

The owner of a popular pet shop, in Wellington, Somerset, has announced the shop is up for sale after seven years of trading.

Carol Beaney, owner of Paws N Claws on High Street, said she is selling the store due to personal reasons but said she has 'thoroughly enjoyed' trading in Wellington.

"I am sad to say that I am selling the store due to personal reasons after seven wonderful years of trading" she said.

"The store is not experiencing any financial difficulties, we just want to move on and try something new.

"We have loved every minute of our time here and we want to sell the shop to someone like minded who will make the best out of the store.

"Trade here has been good for most of the time and we have had some lovely customers over the years."

Carol said she will be sad to say goodbye the shop but said she hopes a new tenant will snap up the store soon.

"I want to make sure customers are aware that the store is not closing, it won't close until we have found another buyer for the store.

"I had a great seven years here with some wonderful customers and I will miss it dearly."

Following its acquisition by the Subura Group, Vital Pet Products is forging ahead with new operating systems, innovative products and a completely fresh approach.

Director Sunny Sharma (right) says the company’s ultimate aim is to be much more than a wholesaler, adding: “We’re looking to be a 21st Century partner for supplier brands and clients, whether they have a chain of independent shops, a single store, a kennel, or a cattery.”

The first few months in business have seen some key appointments, exclusive deals on exciting new product lines and a promotional calendar designed to drive sales growth for retailers. Improvements in infrastructure are already helping to drive down costs and improve efficiency.

Not only have many brands confirmed their support for Vital, they have renewed their commitment to supply great quality and value to the independent pet trade. Vital is also delivering new opportunities for retailers to profit and has secured the exclusive rights extension for one of USA’s bestselling toy ranges – Petstages and Outward Hound.

A regular promotional calendar has been put in place that will focus on competitively priced, best-buy products with strong sell through. “The more we drive profitability for retailers, the faster we can develop our business model and make progress together,” says Sunny.

The new high-calibre management team has got to grips with both fundamentals and long term business planning in just a few short months. As part of the streamlining process, the regional Salisbury site has been consolidated with Exeter, Vital’s National Delivery Centre, where there have been improvements to allow direct supply across a wider network of retailers. This means faster and more efficient processing of orders, especially for those previously served by regional centres. New Operations Manager in Exeter, Des Corfield, will lead and champion operational excellence at Exeter.

Also new to the business is Senior HR Manager, Marie Betts (left) – previously of Harvard Technology and Amazon – whose big brand experience demonstrates how serious Vital is about developing a first class business and recruiting a great team.

The company is now looking to recruit three top flight sales people to join the team and the focus is on bringing in the very best people. “There will be many exciting opportunities for people within this business,” explains Sunny, “We want smart, energetic people who are really prepared to grasp those opportunities and who want to feel excited about where their career will take them.”

A set of audited accounts has been produced putting the company on a sound financial footing and already the improvements have had a positive impact on the bottom line. The message to retailers is clear: Vital has changed for the better and when it comes to delivering improved value and service, the company means business.

Pets Corner accounts confirm store closures
Pets Corner has closed almost 20 underperforming PamPurredPets stores since its multimillion-pound takeover of the rival business last year...

Pets Corner has closed almost 20 underperforming PamPurredPets stores since its multimillion-pound takeover of the rival business last year.

Pet Family Ltd, the parent company which operates the Pets Corner retail chain, purchased PamPurredPets for £6m in March 2016. At the time, the Dorset-headquartered business operated a network of 50 stores.

However, newly filed financial accounts for Pet Family have now confirmed that nine underperforming sites were shut down in the six-month period between March and September 2016. A further nine stores, along with the central warehouse operation in Verwood, have since been shut down.

Pet Family has reported turnover of £46.8m for the year to 30 September 2016, compared with £35.1m a year earlier. This included a £7m contribution from PamPurredPets and sales of £39.5m from Pets Corner.

However, profit before tax fell from almost £3m to £1.4m due to a rise in expenses associated with the acquisition and store closures.

In the annual report at Companies House, Pet Family said it was satisfied with its results and that profitability in the company "remains healthy" despite the current economic climate and growing competition in the market.

Responding to growing consumer demand for pet products that promote bonding and well-being, Chuckit! is reinforcing its commitment to happy and healthy pets with the launch of a new stimulating and durable collection of Rope Tug toys – the Mountain Rope Tug, which is to be unveiled at PATS Telford.

Following the success of Chuckit!’s Rugged range for tougher breeds, the launch of the durable Nylon Mountain Rope Tug gives retailers even more ways to cater to the needs of this specific market, whilst also now being able to target smaller breeds with tough toy solutions too.

Boasting looped ends for easy grip, this addition is suitable for multi-dog play or tug games between dog and owner, making it the ideal choice for both socialised dogs, and those new to tugging who need a simple toy to help them learn the ropes. A versatile toy too, the Mountain Rope Tug boasts Chuckit!’s first softer rope exterior, meaning it can also be used indoors if rain happens to halt those mountain hikes.

Will Baggaley, Brand Manager for Chuckit!, comments: “Expanding our options for tougher breeds was important to us as we know durable toys for rougher play are not always  readily available for consumers, especially in smaller sizes.

"Made from a robust and hard-wearing material the Mountain Rope Tug is a great addition to the Chuckit! range and puts both bonding and fun at the forefront of dog ownership.”

The Small (RRP £7.99) and Large (RRP £10.99) Mountain Rope Tug will be available for retailers to browse on stand E10 at Pats Telford 2017.

Ampet Products appointed UK distributor for the American IMARC engraving machine
AmPet Products will be launching the IMARC engraving machine at PATS Telford next month...

AmPet Products will be launching the IMARC engraving machine at PATS Telford next month.

Over the past 30 years, this engraving machine has become a market leader in the USA and Europe and is seen regularly at Global Pet Expo, Interzoo and Zoomark International. Now it is time for it to enter the UK.

European distributor Torben Bøgwad said: “We receive many enquiries from the UK, but it is hard to service these people properly from Denmark so we are very excited to be working with AmPet.

"With their focus on American products we feel that this is a great fit for us. I am looking forward to meeting UK petshop owners at PATS next month with the AmPet team.”

The IMARC machine is very popular as it does not require any maintenance or servicing and they very rarely break down even when used for thousands of tags every month.

The machine is easy to use and staff do not need any training to make tags that are stylish and quick to print. It also has a small footprint so sits easily onto a table top or till area.

With a suggested retail price of £12.00 including VAT for a finished tag, if a retailer sells three tags per day over a six day week, they will recoup their investment in just six months. Finance will also be offered to assist in purchasing the machine.

With the growth in equestrian retailers expanding into the pet sector the IMARC machine can also make tags for horses including brass name tags for bridles.

If you would like to find out more about the IMARC Engraving Machine or any other products distributed by AmPet, visit stand D32 at PATS, website www.ampet.dog or telephone 0330 088 3547.
